The Mindful Skitreat takes place in the beautiful Schladminger Tauern in Rohrmoos. You will stay at Thalers Mariandl, a hotel where you can feel the warm atmosphere and sincere hospitality.

On the Mindful Body & Skitouring Retreat you will have the oppurtunity to learn about the techinque of skitouring and how to stay safe off-piste. You will explore the backcountry led by a skiguide that allow you to enjoy the peacefulness of the natural surroundings.

In addition to skitouring, you have the possibility to join Mindful Body, Mindful Body Restore and sound baths.

The retreat includes accommodation with breakfast and dinner and all necessary equipment.
